We offer an outdoor exploration program for 4 year olds, that runs from September to June each year.
Program runs from 9:15am - 2:30pm daily
Full time - Monday to Friday
2 days per week: Tuesday & Thursday
3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Arbutus Grove has been the most positive experience our family has had with childcare. The emphasis on outdoor play is fantastic, fostering a love for nature in my son. I knew that my daughter would like the Arbutus Grove Nature Program, but I didn't realize that she would absolutely LOVE it!! She is beyond thriving in this program. If there is a bit of a longer break she starts asking us when she gets to go back, and telling us that she misses her teachers. She loves all of the staff and the activities that they get up to! She loves being in the forest most days, and getting dirty every day! She loves the art activities and always brings her art home proudly to show us! She loves the nature journal that they do at school, and we even had to make one for home so that she could do it here as well. One of the coolest things that I noticed was that family hikes completely changed after starting this program. Instead of just walking along in the forest with us, she was playing imaginative games as we went, and getting right down and close to tiny plants and examining them.
